What will the apprentice be doing?

As an administrator, your tasks will include:

  • Booking training and meeting rooms 
  • Checking learner registers and dealing with any issues 
  • Basic auditing of learner and funding paperwork
  • Management of the SharePoint drive
  • Printing resources 
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning in documentation 
  • Any other administrative duties required

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will be working towards Level 3 Business Administration Standard. 

All training will be completed at your place of work on a weekly basis.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Career progression during your apprenticeship will include supporting the Quality Manager with quality assurance, visits to our Skills Boot Camps in the North West and Warwickshire. 

On completion of the apprenticeship, further development will be available for the right applicant.
