What will the apprentice be doing?

Our award-winning Apprenticeship programme offers you a chance to study for a practical qualification while contributing to the success of a fast-paced, constantly evolving organisation. Gas Fitting apprentices will work along side fully qualified gas engineers, working on all different types of gas appliances to include servicing, repairs and maintenance as well as installations of new appliances and heating systems, gaining as much experience as possible whilst also attending college in block weeks.

You will also be:

  • Building a range of knowledge and skills over the course of 48 months
  • Gaining valuable practical experience in providing a reactive gas Maintenance & Repair service, undertake gas boiler and heating system replacements
  • Prepare and satisfactorily maintain records of completed work to support Modern Apprenticeship port folio
  • Embrace and uphold Sanctuary core values and standards at all times
  • Learning invaluable customer service skills essential to build and maintain a successful career in the gas and renewable industry
