What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties may include:

  • General office administration
  • Communicating via email and telephone with staff members and suppliers
  • Receiving and processing of timesheets, overtime and holiday/sickness
  • Updating payroll (Sage)
  • Supporting the team in recruitment of new staff members for branches for branches across the country
  • Processing new starter forms, validating ID documents and processing reference checks
  • Data entry
  • Updating various vital databases
  • Taking calls, emailing messages, booking appointments
  • To complete any other task asked
