What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Learn more about Equality and Diversity issues
  • Help plan, organise and run events where BMJ staff discuss and learn about EDI topics
  • Work collaboratively with BMJ’s employee-run networks to implement initiatives in the areas of Gender; Race and Culture; Wellbeing and Disability; Sexual Orientation; Age and Carers; 
  • Help with a variety of projects, e.g. develop a library of EDI  resources; help deliver workshops, run surveys; analyse EDI data, help make our system more accessible etc
