What will the apprentice be doing?

Daily duties - 

· Providing exceptional levels of customer service on reception

· Operating a switchboard / telephone system

· Welcoming visitors/contractors and issuing passes via the electronic sign in system

· Receipt and Reconciliation of income – using a till, receipting and processing of documents as appropriate
