What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties Include

  • Input supplier invoices into accounting software
  • Processing of data for VAT returns
  • Filing VAT returns with HMRC
  • Data entry
  • Support with payments of invoices and staff expenses
  • Assist with month-end financial reports
  • Help with accounts receivable, payable and supplier bank statement reconciliations
  • Assist with audits
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Work with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts
  • To complete any other task commensurate with the role.
