What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Provide a high level of support and service over the phone, email from customers and learners
  • Work with our processes, systems and products and keep industry knowledge updated to get it ‘right first time’ and positively represent and promote the business
  • Log all customer contact within the business’ CRM system maintaining high levels of quality when capturing customer information
  • Ensure compliance of data protection procedures and maintain these standards when interacting with both customers and third parties
  • Log and own complaints and internal issues through to resolution, identifying root causes and preventative action and making recommendations for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with other departments and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Identify leads and business opportunities, forwarding them to the Business Development Team where appropriate or owning them through to completion in line with the individual targets
  • Support customers of with diagnosis, advice and liaising with IT support as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the appropriate centre contacts, pro-actively contacting them to avoid potential issues, understand their needs.
  • Prioritise tasks, to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Participate in project teams for department improvement, representing and communicating to the rest of the team where necessary
  • Maintain a personal development plan highlighting what you will focus upon, how you will achieve your objectives and what support is needed. There will be an opportunity to complete a customer service apprenticeship.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Business Administration Level 3 Qualification through Learning Curve Group.


You will be taught through:

4-6 weekly 1-2-1 sessions with your tutor

20% off the job training

The course is a 15-18 month programme
