What will the apprentice be doing?

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting in the process of creating a client quotes
  • Setting up and managing files
  • Understanding the case management system
  • Front of house duties such as telephone, email and greeting customers
  • Answering queries or direct them to the relevant department
  • General administration duties

You will be required to support all managers in all areas of the business.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will work towards an Advanced level Business Administration Apprenticeship delivered by VQ Solutions. You'll have a dedicated VQ Mentor and will also be supported internally by your manager.  

During this apprenticeship, you will develop a portfolio, attend online workshop sessions and have regular reviews. All apprenticeship work will be completed during working hours.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The majority of apprentices are offered full-time positions upon the successful completion of their apprenticeship.
