We pay a quarterly performance bonus to all staff based upon personal efforts and company turnover.

What will the apprentice be doing?
· Working with cabinet makers to learn new skills
· Working with wood machinists to learn new skills
· Helping in the finishing off department to learn our procedures and how our product comes together
· Going out on to site with installation team to help and learn what happens to our product when it leaves the workshop
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be producing timber-based building components and other architectural products. This will include doors, windows, units and staircases, which are then transported to construction sites to be installed by site carpenters.
You will attend York College on a day-release basis and receive training in the workplace.
At the end of the apprenticeship you will take an end point assessment to achieve the qualification, which is Level 2 Carpentry and Joinery (Architectural Joinery) Apprenticeship.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
To become qualified in various departments and other areas of the company if desired.
