What will the apprentice be doing?

This is a unique chance to spend time in 2 different departments throughout your apprenticeship, giving you a great experience of a business from 2 different sides. With different responsibilities in each, you will learn:

 

Customer Services

  • Dealing with customer enquiries on telephone and live chat
  • Responding to customer email enquiries
  • Processing customer returns
  • Producing customer quotations

 

Commercial

  • Making sure the product catalogue is up to date
  • Creation of new product listings
  • General admin duties

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

During your apprenticeship, you will be studying towards your L3 Advanced Business Administrator Award, delivered by Professional Apprenticeships, who were voted the region’s best training provider and have achieved the highest Ofsted rating.

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills & behaviours, covering topics such as project management, systems & processes, business structures and so much more.
