What will the apprentice be doing?

  • To maintain care skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain practices as up-to-date. 
  • Manage the day to day administration of the Care Agency. 
  • Deal with telephone calls, general enquiries, and actively maintain email correspondences. 
  • Support the provision of advice and guidance to clients and staff to ensure that the service is delivered to a high standard.  
  • Deal with enquires from new and existing customers and signpost or provide information about the Care Agency services as appropriate. 
  • Manage the day to day administration of the Care Agency. 
  • Liaise with key staff within the Care Agency to ensure procedures operate effectively and in a timely manner. 
    Deal with telephone calls, general enquiries, and actively maintain email correspondences. 
    Assist with processing invoices and Payrolls on a monthly basis.
