What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include:

  • Support & maintain effective internal and external customer relationships
  • Effectively communicate and interpret customer information exchanged through written, verbal and non-verbal communication
  • Support customer visits
  • Develop proposals
  • Taking telephone enquiries
  • Emailing suppliers
  • Creating quotations
  • First point of contact for customers
  • Report performance metrics
  • Support daily meeting and conference calls
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Identify areas of opportunity to increase sales
  • Carry out any other reasonable requests which benefit the business

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

This apprenticeship qualification is Business & Administration Level 3.

The training will be delivered through In-Comm Training Services in Aldridge, Walsall, WS9 8UG, which will include block release to this address, and also monthly visits from an assessor to the apprentice at the company site.
