What will the apprentice be doing?

Entering the HR profession through an apprenticeship is the ideal way to gain valuable, practical experience, applying your learning as it takes place.
Responsibilities overview:
- Oversight of immigration activities
- Communicate and educate on key mobility processes
- Collaborate with teammates to support day to day team governance activities
- Relocation and assignment experience initiatives
- New site setups/group move activity
- Compliance assessments
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The Global Mobility Apprentice will study towards a level 3 CIPD qualification in HR, module units include:
- Resourcing talent
- Developing yourself as an effective HR or leadership and development practitioner
- Understanding organisations and the role of human resources
- Recording, analysing and using human resources information
- How to manage employment relationships
- How to deliver performance and reward management
- Supporting individual learning through coaching and mentoring
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
After succsessful completion of the Apprenticeship programme, participants will have the opportunity to go on to further HR qualifications and gain valuable experience.
