    We will offer pay increases as soon the successful person has shown they are able to work on their own initiative. As their skills grow we will increase their money and the option of bonuses will be available.

What will the apprentice be doing?

Some of your daily duties will be

•       finding candidates for the live jobs we have

•       Placing ads online

•       Referencing candidates and qualify their suitability

•       Speaking with clients to book contractors in for work

•       Building relationships with candidates

•       Building relationships with clients

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Recruitment consultant (level 3)

This course will be carried out in the workplace. This will happen on a weekly basis for approximately 12 months. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Once qualified as a consultant we will then work with them to build their clients and billings to then become a senior consultant
