What will the apprentice be doing?
The purpose of this role is to support the provision of forecast and planning requirements for PHL Services using accurate, clear, and fully documented forecast models, whilst assisting the wider Business Capacity & Planning Team.
The role will manage the operational forecasts, whilst interpreting performance data exports from a range of internal systems to ensure the businesses efficiency deploys staff across each service area.
Other duties will include:
- Provide support to Business Capacity & Planning Manager, Finance Team, Business Development Team, and the MI team
- Support and produce forecasts to be used within new and existing resource models
- Undertake analysis of business-as-usual performance information
- Provide support in the delivery of operational plans
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship Standard. The duration of the apprenticeship is 21 months which includes 16 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Progression opportunity will be available upon completion of the apprenticeship.
