What will the apprentice be doing?

Collating Meter readings from 3rd party software customers & enter in Vantage Online (bespoke software on which you will receive training)

Investigate anomalies in readings

Raise sales invoices for meter readings in Vantage Online

Importing data into Sage accounts system

Downloading & checking Xerox invoices for meters & contracts

Using Macros & pivot tables to manipulate the above data

Providing Xerox with monthly meters (True-up)

Raising invoices for deals/hardware

Answering the phone

Receiving & checking stock from deliveries

Raising IT support tickets in Vantage Online

Enter contracts in Vantage for Meters, support & software renewals

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Full Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills if required.

This programme is delivered mainly in the place of work but there are workshops and tutorials that will support your learning, that can be attended in person at our Derby Road campus in Mansfield or via Microsoft Teams.

You will work with expert assessors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.

You will experience a blended learning model.

You will gather learning evidence, journals and off-the-job records using your e-portfolio.

At the end of the planned learning period, it will be agreed that you are ready to enter 'Gateway' and for your End Point Assessment to be arranged.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Upon completion of this apprenticeship, further training, using a variety of methods may be offered to further enhance your skills.
