What will the apprentice be doing?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and hardworking Marketing and PR agency based in Hartford, Cheshire as a L4 Associate Project Manager. The Signs 24-7 arm of Solutions 24-7 Ltd is rapidly expanding and we are looking for high achievers to hit the grown running. Our qualified Project Managers work end-to-end and as such are responsible for projects from initial brief, through to design/artwork, through to delivery.

This is an excellent ‘foot in the door’ for a pro-active individual, who is looking to embark on a career in Project Management with 24-7 and help to grow our agency further.

Key duties include:

 

Communicating with clients via email, telephone and face-to-face from initial brief to project delivery.
Pricing jobs and creating cost sheets using Excel.
Liaising with suppliers to secure goods at competitive prices.
Placing orders, raising PO’s and raising invoices.
Liaising with our in-house print department to ensure the projects run smoothly.
Liaising with our in-house installation teams to ensure installation projects run smoothly.
Learning how to use Adobe to create print-ready artwork.
Following stringent in-house admin procedures.
Working as part of an experienced Project Management team to deliver on signage projects.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Full training will be given in this challenging and varied role to ensure that the apprentice has the skills and expertise to become a permanent member of the team upon completion of the apprenticeship programme.
