What will the apprentice be doing?

During this apprenticeship the daily duties included in this job role are as followed –

·        Answering the telephone

·        Redirecting calls to the correct person and taking messages

·        Dealing with customer enquiries on telephone and via email

·        Advising customers via telephone and email of delivery dates

·        Processing orders

·        Scanning documents

·        Raising invoices and emailing to customers

·        Preparing paperwork for courier. 

 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The learner will complete a level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, with 20% of their working week as a college study day. This may be in the workplace or at college.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

If you complete your apprenticeship in a timely manner, you could be offered the opportunity of a full-time role.
