A fantastic opportunity has come up for an individual to join a growing landscape/gardening business in Leeds. Your role will be to work under the head landscaper and gardener helping to build and maintain gardens across Guiseley, Yeadon, Ilkley, Rawdon and Horsforth.

What will the apprentice be doing?
A great opportunity to train and develop a career in Landscaping.
Duties will include:
- Hedge trimming
- Digging over
- Clearing up
- Assisting tradesmen
- Learning paving techniques.
- Building timber planters.
- Building Pergolas
Applicants will be asked to submit a CV targeted towards gardening/horticulture
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Horticulture or Landscape Operative Standard.
Maths and English Functional skills if required
Pesticides: Level 2 Principles of Safe Handling and Application of Pesticides Guidance OR Level 2 Award in the Safe Use of Pesticides
First Aid at Work qualification
Training by day release at Shipley College
