What will the apprentice be doing?
Liaises closely with the land, commercial & construction departments to ensure a seamless transition from design through procurement & construction.
- Supporting with land appraisals & furture development sites
- Coordination of internal/external consultants, producing technical details & drawings for the delivery of schemes from design, planning & completion
- Assisting in implementing objectives & procedures
- Assist in value engineering elements, questioning drawings & making changes where relevant
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You'll spend three years studying towards your level 4 apprenticeship.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
You'll begin your journey into Technical Co-ordinator Assistant Apprentice within the Berkeley Group and, with experience, could progress on to becoming a Technical Co-ordinator. Possibility to move on to level 6.
