What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Arranging printing delivery of relevant materials for the training courses we provide
  • Booking examinations for candidates on our courses
  • Being the first point of contact for customers to ensure that they know the details of their course
  • Managing customer correspondence (email, phone, letters etc) 
  • Managing data, filing, and scanning documents
  • Booking venues and/or transport, achieving the best value for our customers and the company
  • You will also help where needed in accounts.
