This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-orientated individual who would be part of our small despatch team. They will be fully accountable for the whole despatch process, from booking parcels locally to internationally, to producing and checking advice delivery notes through to liaising on a daily basis with our couriers

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Welcome visitors
- Contact visitor host and ensure visitor is cared for until their host is available
- Answer telephone as required and route calls
- Welcome and assist any ‘off the street’ customers with enquiries by directing to the relevant person
- Deal with any courier drivers collecting orders
- This list of duties is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be asked to carry out other duties through discussion with the line manager
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Business Admin Level 3 involves demonstrating strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopting a proactive approach to developing skills. Showing initiative, managing priorities and own time, problem-solving skills and decision-making.
Duration is approx 18 months to complete.
Blended learning of online and work based learning with your assesor.
If you have not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, you will be required to do your functional skills alongside
