We are recruiting for an apprentice that wants to be involved within the property and lettings industry and wants to shine and do well for themselves. Duties will include daily administrative tasks in the management of properties, answering phones dealing with enquiries and dealing with clients face to face.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Speaking to clients about sales, lettings, property management, mortgages and conveyancing
  • Organise viewings for sales and lettings and eventually showing potential tenants and buyers around the
  • Qualifying buyers and tenants prior to booking in viewings
  • Registering applicants on the phone and walk-ins
  • Efficiently deal with Landlord, Tenant, seller and buyer enquiries
  • Meet and greet all people entering the office as appropriate
  • Feedback to clients following viewings
  • General Administrative duties
  • Customer Services based duties
  • Dealing with queries and enquiries from clients and processing these
  • Managing files
  • Send emails/letters
  • Sales and marketing – various marketing tasks including; chasing business ie calling clients to fact find their current needs and offer them our services and producing some of our marketing materials to be sent out daily where required or every other day.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Full on-the-job and off-the-Job training will be delivered supported by our Training Provider – Davidson Training UK Ltd.

All training will be carried out within the workplace during working hours.

Level 2 Functional Skills in English and mathematics (if you already do not hold the equivalent).

Full training will be given leading to a recognised Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard Level 3.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Full time position and ability to earn uncapped commission.

We are looking for a car driver as will eventually be completing viewings. An individual that wants to do well. You will be mentored ongoing, be sharp and give our clients a positive customer experience.
