What will the apprentice be doing?

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing recruitment correspondence, including phone calls, emails and letters.
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing logistics for events and interviews
  • Conducting administrative processes following workflows using a range of software
  • Updating records and databases including confidential financial and legal information
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection legislation and best practice
  • Providing top candidate and client care
  • Preparing reports and recruitment documentation
  • Filing and maintaining accurate records
  • Assessing Processes and providing feedback to improve internal performance.
  • Invoicing and invoice processing
  • Cooperate and provide support to other tasks as reasonably required
