What will the apprentice be doing?

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all live files are consistently at a certain % level of clearances as a minimum
  • Be the first point of contact for candidates in terms of queries
  • Obtaining and requesting candidate’s references on a daily basis
  • Obtaining training & immunisations documents
  • Completing registration documents with candidates
  • Support the National Sales team with national contracts
  • Using our CRM Profile and the Royal Mail system UCheck
  • Liaising with other branches regarding their candidates compliance and security checks
  • Data entry

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Business Administrator Standard
All training will be carried out within the workplace
You are not required to attend college
You will train towards an advanced Level Standard
Functional Skills if required

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Progression into full time role upon completion of apprenticeship for the right candidate.
