What will the apprentice be doing?

Working in the warehouse, you will move boxes, pallets and trolleys full of product to the right location in the warehouse. You will be replenishing the shelves neatly, paying close attention to locations and box quantities.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is reliable, hardworking and has a keen eye for detail. 
  • You will enjoy working independently but as part of a larger warehouse team. 
  • You will work towards completing your own personal tasks.
  • The products you will be working with can be delicate and expensive at times and your greatest level of care is required to ensure the customer does not receive damaged goods.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 2 Warehouse Operative which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures. Our training is all complete remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7. You receive 20% off the job training during this Apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours.
