What will the apprentice be doing?
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to become conversant in all aspects of the technical sales process, from receipt of enquires, selection of engineered products, quotation preparation, addressing customer questions through to order acknowledgement, placing orders on sub suppliers and final invoicing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive customer enquiries for industrial control valves and instruments.
- Size and select technical products to suit client needs
- Prepare quotations and submit to clients
- Provide technical clarifications and support customers questions.
- Process incoming purchase orders
- Issue sub supplier purchase orders
- Expedite and manage orders

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2.
Maths and English Functional Skills if needed.
