We are offering £10,000 in the first year, increasing to minimum wage in the second year. After the first 18 months there will also be an added bonus based on number of contractors candidate secures brought in based on 2.5% of their salaries before VAT. Salary since topped with bonus can reach high levels for an office admin.

What will the apprentice be doing?
We are looking for a person with administration skills to join us and help us manage our outsourced contractors and organise our Birmingham office.
Within the role what will be expected is to:
· Call contractors and other consultants to promote our outsourcing business;
· Gradually learn to manage our ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 systems;
· Gradually learn to manage and maintain our RISQS and Sentinel system
· Organise and assist (once trained) our subcontractors quality systems;
· Search databases for prospective clients and subcontractors;
· Assist with VAT and invoice collection;
· File paperwork;
· Report to the General Manager.
