What will the apprentice be doing?

Would you like to join our recruitment team, for this owner managed and successful recruitment agency who supplies staff throughout the UK into Training Providers, Colleges and Universities  

Join our fabulous team to help us with the below  

Duties involve:-     Finding candidates for mainly permanent job roles that we are handling for various clients throughout the UK  

Searching various job boards to find candidates who match the client job briefs  

 Making contact with the candidates via emails and texts and then booking them in for interview with the Consultants using a calendar system  

 Searching our existing database for candidates to match the job roles and emailing them the job descriptions 

 Emailing candidates questions to see if they match to the requirements of the job briefs  

 Using linked in to reach out and search for potential candidates for the client roles  

   Sending out mailshots via email to potential new clients
