What will the apprentice be doing?

  • The creation, production, and delivery of marketing materials across print, digital, and internal and external channels.
  • Website content amends and update articles and material on the intranet along with exploring the potential to integrate social media.
  • This is a very lucrative opportunity to work on marketing activities of the business.

Level 3 Marketing Assistant standard includes

Level 2 functional skills in Maths and English (if required)
End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Chroma is a print company based in Theale, Reading, Berkshire and has been trading for over 20 years. We offer Litho, Digital, Large format and promotional print to businesses in multiple sectors and countries. The company consists of a production team, studio team, customer services, estimators, account managers, sales team, finance and the directors. We are a Sedex member, all paper used is FSC accredited and support charities reforesting trees for the woodland trust as well as print collateral for local charities free of charge. We have a 3 year growth plan that we want the candidate to be a big part in supporting.
