What will the apprentice be doing?

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Process internal and external post
  • Answer telephone calls and deal with queries, delivering messages to appropriate persons.
  • Interacting with customers through email.
  • General office administration
  • Notetaking for students and clients, as required.
  • Administering our CRM system and managing the client journey.
  • Undertake other duties as requested by mentor.
  • Willingness to train as an Electronic Notetaker and to support clients directly.

 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 2 Customer service practitioner apprenticeship standard.
  • Level 2 Functional skills in maths and english if required. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

After this apprenticeship the employee will have the option to complete the higher level apprentice or alternatively complete a different apprenticeship in a different role within the company.
