What will the apprentice be doing?

Retail Stores management

·         Assist with all repairs through external contracts for stores.

·         Assist with the monitoring of store servicing with external contractors for stores

·         Accurately produce trackers for servicing /spend monitoring.

·         Check and authorise invoices; ebis

·         Store Travel & Hotel Bookings

·         Centre Rankings

·         Store Communications

·         Reception Cover

·         Ad hoc projects.

·         Provide cover for Central Resources Manager and Assistant Manager


Communications & Working Relationships:

·         Regional Managers

·         Store staff

·         Head Office Departments

·         External Contractors

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administrator Level 3, delivered within the business by one of our tutors. Self-led study and blending learning and development activities, all, within the workplace.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

As with any apprenticeship opportunity – if you prove yourself to be a valuable member of the team there is a strong chance of a permanent post within the business.
