What will the apprentice be doing?

HR Administrator – list of duties:

·       Provide admin support for HR.

·       File and create documents as per company policies and procedures.

·       Maintain confidentiality.

·       Use Microsoft Office applications.

·       Take notes and minutes of meetings.

·       Work to deadlines.

Support the HR manager with day to day HR tasks and administration.
Maintain general office maintenance including ordering of consumables, stationary, and facilities.
Support the operations manager on all duties.
Support HR Manager with non-confidential admin tasks.
Support the Warehouse Controller with managing the company fleet.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the organisation.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will be enrolled on the Level 3 HR Support  Apprenticeship. This will include; working towards your Level 3 Apprenticeship in HR Support, Functional Skills Level 2 (maths,
English and ICT) if required and working within an office environment to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
