What will the apprentice be doing?


  • Welcoming clients into the office and taking their details and answering phones and taking of messages                                                                
    Printing and preparation of marketing materials                                                
    Making appointments and entering into team diary                         
    Filing and clearing of paperwork
    General office assistance as needed                                                                       
    Attending viewings                                                                                                        
    Posting of invoices to our accounting system                                                      
    Preparing and booking property inspections                                                       
    Attending property inspection and detailing into reports                               
    Assisting accountant with monthly reconciliations

Things to consider

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle There is a pool car available, however this can only be used by candidates over the age of 25 (for insurance purposes) If using your own vehicle, mileage will be covered by the company for business appointments
