What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Supporting Project Managers in organising and procuring project materials and services
  • Preparation of site files for upcoming projects 
  • Raising purchase orders on the purchasing software system
  • Monitor uniform stock levels, issue when required and keep logs of all issued clothing
  • Have an awareness of all current workloads and projects
  • Take control of the telephone switchboard and direct incoming calls as required
  • Assisting with the organisation of meetings and minute taking
