We're seeking an outgoing, energetic apprentice to develop in a customer service and business administrator role to provide support to our clients, mortgage advisers and our management team.

What will the apprentice be doing?
You'll follow up with clients and manage appointments, jump on the inbound calls, do a little light selling (training is provided) and help our management team maintain relationships with the firms who refer their clients to us daily. All the while keeping our records and systems up to date.
Active advisers are based from home throughout the UK (though we're soon adding a team to our Chelmsford head office) and from our head office, we help our advisers do what they do best - speak to clients and advise on mortgages, insurance and wills.
Support our advisers through client engagement and diary management
Acknowledge and answer queries from clients across multiple mediums, including phone, email, text and WhatsApp
Engage with clients and identify upselling opportunities
Chase client payments where appropriate or as requested
General administrative duties
