What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Answering phones, meet and greet, selling materials to our customers as well as administrative support, filing etc.
  • We will also arrange for you to have some projects to support your qualification.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

At completion of the apprenticeship, you will have achieved a Level 2 Customer Service Standard.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

This role will train and develop you for a sales role. Then the opportunities for continuous growth to become a senior sales/ supervisor / management roles etc if he/she/they would like.
