What will the apprentice be doing?

 Telephone enquiries
 Quickbooks
 Processing documentation
 Quotations and proposals
 Updating and controlling the CRM system
 Keeping updated their ‘Learning & Development’ programme
 General office duties
 Provision of a General Sales Support Function
 The job holder will need to have a polite and professional approach on the telephone and when faced with client interaction
 The ability to be able to morph their approach with working within a family run business
 Being able to handle a fast-paced environment and satisfying clients requirements within the agreed timescales set

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will receive support from an assessor to help you prepare for your End Point Assessment covering:
● Knowledge
● Skills
● Behaviour
As required to meet L3 Business Administrator apprenticeship Standard.
You will attend online masterclasses every other week for 1 day.
Maths & English Level 2 (if required).

Qualification achieved: L3 Business Admin Apprenticeship
