What will the apprentice be doing?
- Under the direction of the CRS Administration team, the post holder will assist with general administration tasks that will assist and support the team; this will also include covering Reception. The post holder will work closely within a team setting but also work with other colleagues and professionals both internally and externally to ensure the smooth running of the team
- To provide an efficient, professional and confidential administrative and secretarial service to a designated team. The post-holder will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team, including diary management, maintaining records, both paper and electronic, in accordance with Trust policy.
- To work closely with other administrative staff to ensure continuity of administration support and mutual assistance within the Service. It will be expected that the post holder will need to provide cover for team members in times of absence such as annual leave, sickness etc, and additionally where the workload of the Team requires it.
