What will the apprentice be doing?

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

We are offering a level 3 early years educatior apprenticeship to be completed whilst working in our setting. This will be work based learning where an assessor will visit you whilst your are working with the children and then you will be required to submit some work to your assessor remotely.


What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The level 3 early years educator qualification will allow you to be responsible for a group of children and be left to work alone as per ofsted requirements

We like to invest in our staff team and allow opportunity for progression. There may be opportunity after the apprenticeship has been completed to progress in the company. For example, a room leader role to be responsible for the running of a room, the children, and the staff team within this.
