What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to all teams to ensure the smooth running of the organisations
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with school enquiries, via email and phone, supporting the success of programme delivery in supporting schools
  • Support with the management of events and associated administrative tasks for all SALT Teams, for example sending emails to delegates for upcoming events, ensuring dietary requirements are shared with catering and overall diary management.
  • Work in a professional manner and with integrity and maintain confidentiality of records and information.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge in line with national changes and legislation as appropriate to the role.

Things to consider

This is a diverse role and each day will be different. You could be organising events, booking rooms, setting up events, resourcing and reprographics, dealing with customer queries and administrative tasks. You will support the administration of the apprenticeship programme. This will include using bespoke IT data systems.
