What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Communicate with a variety of stakeholders face-to-face, on telephone, in writing, via email or using digital platforms such as Office 365
  • Manage calendars and diaries
  • Organise meetings and events
  • Problem-solve to resolve challenges and complaints
  • IT duties using Microsoft Office 365
  • Using various online platforms
  • Supporting other central team employees
  • Access to multiple IT packages and systems including MS office
  • Produce accurate records and documents including emails, letters, reports, proposals and minutes
  • Make and process payments
  • Shadow and support colleagues
  • Understand and use social media platforms for business purposes
  • Review processes and make suggestions for improvements
  • Manage resources and take responsibility for logistics
