What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties to include:
- General admin duties in an office environment.
- Must be computer literate.
- Most tasks will be using a computer using Microsoft word and excel.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Training will be provided on various systems.
- Responsible for office administration including filling, record keeping and greeting visitors as and when necessary.
- Taking telephone calls from customers and dealing with queries.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be completing the level 3 Business administration apprenticeship which will require you to attend Newcastle College, Rye Hill Campus, one day per week.
