What will the apprentice be doing?

This is an admin/sales role which provides the support you need to ensure you are meeting the minimum standards required each month and developing as you go.

You will be contacting clients who have shown interest in our product (no cold calling) and building a rapport using a friendly, confident and polite manner. This will then help you find a suitable policy and close the sale!

Liaising with new clients over the telephone, by email and by post
Keeping our database diary up to date
Running through new quotations
Various admin duties

 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

We have been heavily investing in the apprenticeship program since 2009 and we will work closely with your learning provider to guide you through a successful programme.
This will lead to a nationally recognised qualification gaining a Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard along with your Functional Skills in maths and English up to and including Level 2 (if you do not hold the GCSE equivalents)
