What will the apprentice be doing?

To assist in the support of the IT and Facilities systems and processes employed within the organisation.


Duties to include: 

  • To support and develop the existing IT and facilities infrastructures 
  • To assist in the completion of departmental business plan projects 
  • Successfully complete apprenticeship course work 
  • Capture and complete appropriate detail to ensure prompt resolution of incidents, service requests and completion of change requests.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a L3 Information Communication Technician Qualification through Learning Curve Group. 

You will be taught through:

  • 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
  • 20% Off The Job Training
