What will the apprentice be doing?

·         Follow instructions to complete installations of products for new customers and updates for existing customers

·         Assist with rebuilding of products when required

·         Report any problems to the Operations Manager and/or IT Support Specialist

·         Occasional travel to assist with off-site meetings, conferences and other events

·         Run reports and extract data when required

·         Office housekeeping duties

·         Perform general office administrative duties

·         Liaise with customers if and when required

·         Maintain and update logs and spreadsheets on the shared drive

·         Update customer information on the CRM system

·         Attend meetings when required
