What will the apprentice be doing?

Full job description will be given at next stage.

Office reception duties including but not limited to: Calls, post, scanning and filing and other administration duties

Pachs Administration: Sales calls, invoices, website maintenance, providing standard prices for print, stock and product coding and any other relevant administrative work

Accounts and payroll

Train to complete bank reconciliations and start producing payrolls and VAT

Marketing tasks

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

·       AAT 2 Qualification

·       EPA (End Point Assessment) – Towards the final few months of the apprenticeship you will complete your End Point Assessment. This includes a synoptic end test, a portfolio and a professional discussion. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.

This Apprenticeship requires you to attend college 1-day week. You will be assessed through written work, verbal discussion, synoptic exams and observation throughout your training.
