What will the apprentice be doing?
Legal UK Services Ltd are a dedicated team of experts fighting for the rights of consumers, when they have been mis-sold a financial product or treated unfairly by their bank(s). We only undertake this type of work, allowing us to be technical professionals at investigating and negotiating financial mis-selling complaints. We operate a no win, no fee basis, which allows our clients to bring justice with no upfront costs.
Our apprentice will be an integral part of the business working with Solicitors, Company Directors, Heads of Departments and all team members offering them support with day to day tasks. As a Business Administration Apprentice your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Providing office support including customer and employee support
- Keeping well organised files and records of business activity
- Communicating with customer/clients over email and occasionally by phone
- Supporting Solicitors, Company Directors, Heads of Department and all team members with day to day tasks
- Researching company data and archived reports
