What will the apprentice be doing?

·         We are looking for full or part time IT Support technicians to help us deliver outstanding service to our customers.

·         You will be the first point of contact for our customers

You’ll also be:


·         Resolving Incident/requests using your own initiative, knowledge, and problem-solving skills

·         Using remote support tools to remotely resolve and fix issues

·         Keeping all customers up to date throughout the incident life cycle

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will receive most of your training on the job with the employer, gaining real-world experience of IT support, software and hardware development and insight into how IT affects every aspect of a business. 

During the apprenticeship you will also attend term time weekly day release at Bournemouth College.

You will achieve:

Information Communication Technology Level 3 NVQ
Functional Skills Level 2 in English and/or maths (if required)
