What will the apprentice be doing?

Provide utmost support via the helpdesk – 1st line support
Prioritise and respond to IT issues
Escalate IT issues as and where need be
Repair and configure IT equipment
Monitor stock

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. The training will be delivered in our online SMART classrooms. This will be block delivery.
